At Official BTS Army Gift Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as the music. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
